The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the model.A character reference sheet is required for all VTuber model commissions. Please only inquire a VTuber model commission with a visual character reference/existing design. I do not design characters.

Terms of Service
USAGE POLICY
1. Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise profit from the commissioned work without prior permission.
2. Commercial use of VTuber models on streaming and content creation platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and similar platforms is permitted.
3. You may not alter, edit, modify, trace, or rework the commissioned artwork or model in any way without my prior consent.
4. The commissioned work may not be used in connection with NFTs, blockchain-related assets, cryptocurrency projects, minting, or resale of any kind.
5. The commissioned work may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generation systems, or any AI-generated derivative works.
6. I reserve the right to take appropriate action against any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of my work.
7. Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, commission samples, promotional materials, and self-promotion.
8. Proper credit must be given whenever the commissioned work is posted, published, or publicly displayed.
9. If the commissioned model is intended for merchandise production (including but not limited to keychains, standees, acrylic stands, apparel, stickers, and similar products), an additional licensing fee of 3× the base commission price will apply.
10. Agency, corporate, and business commissions are subject to a higher commercial rate starting at 2–3× the standard commission fee. This applies to, but is not limited to, VTuber agencies, idol groups, corporate projects, studios, brands, and organizations.
11. The client receives the rights to use the commissioned model and artwork for their VTuber activities. The artist retains all copyrights unless explicitly transferred in writing.PAYMENT
1. Payments can be made in IDR or USD via Bank JAGO, ShopeePay, or Wise.
2. Payment structure:
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a commission slot.
- An additional 30% payment is required after the sketch has been approved.
- The remaining 50% payment is required upon completion of the final artwork.
3. The final files will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
4. Refunds are not allowed.
5. Please provide clear visual references (such as a character reference sheet) along with a brief written description of your request.
6. By accepting these Terms of Service, the client confirms that they own or have permission to use the character and design provided for the VTuber commission.PROCESS
1. Please contact me via DM to inquire about commission availability.
2. I will review your references and let you know whether I can accept your commission.
3. Once a commission slot has been secured and the initial payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted.
4. Revisions are limited to 3 stages: concept sketch, final sketch, and final artwork. Any revisions requested beyond these stages will incur an additional fee starting from USD 5 (IDR 50,000). The final fee will depend on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
5. Payment will follow the schedule outlined in the Payment section. Final PNG and PSD files will be delivered only after full payment has been received.
6. The estimated completion time is 1–2 months or longer, depending on the complexity of the model and my current workload.
7. I do not accept rush orders or commissions with strict deadlines.
8. Progress updates will be provided approximately 2–3 times per week. Please be patient, as I may be working on multiple commissions simultaneously.
9. Failure to respond to revision requests or approval requests for more than 30 days may result in the commission being placed on hold.
I reserve the right to decline a commission I feel not confident enough to complete. Here are some things I can't/won't draw:
